Hub Buck’s Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Hub Bucks Program (“Program”) is operated and managed by Excaliber Hub (“Company”). Hub Bucks are a promotional reward issued to customers based on qualifying purchases and can be redeemed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Earning Hub Bucks

Customers will receive 2% of the sale amount in Hub Bucks on qualifying purchases.

Example:

• $100 purchase = 2% issued as Hub Bucks
• $1,000 purchase = 2% issued as Hub Bucks

• The percentage rate may vary during promotional periods at the Company’s discretion.
• Hub Bucks are only earned on new cash transactions.
• Purchases made using Hub Bucks or store credit do not earn additional Hub Bucks.

3. Redemption of Hub Bucks

• Hub Bucks must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue.
• Only up to 50% of the total Hub Bucks balance may be used in a single transaction.
• Hub Bucks are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
• All redemptions are processed and approved by Excaliber Hub.

4. Usage Restrictions

• Hub Bucks are non-transferable and may only be used by the original customer.
• Hub Bucks hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or reassigned.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Hub Bucks are not earned on refunded purchases.
• If an order is returned, any Hub Bucks earned from that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s balance.
• Hub Bucks used in a transaction will not be refunded or reinstated if the order is returned.

6. Program Management

• Excaliber Hub is solely responsible for the distribution, tracking, and redemption of Hub Bucks.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust balances where errors or discrepancies occur.

7. Changes to the Program

• Excaliber Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• This includes changes to earning rates, redemption rules, and expiration periods.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Hub Bucks Program, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
